Creating jewelry is more than making pretty things. It's about sharing the magic of adventure and the beauty of the world around us.

Designer, Catherine Weitzman

Catherine Weitzman

Catherine's journey into jewelry began with a passion for craftsmanship, studying jewelry making and classical metalsmithing. However, it was her five-year global adventure with her husband that truly ignited her creative spark. Immersed in diverse cultures and apprenticing with artisans worldwide, Catherine launched Catherine Weitzman Jewelry in San Francisco in 2000. In 2004, she relocated to Hawaii, establishing a studio where they still handcraft every piece.

The designs reflect an integration of Catherine’s rich experiences: deeply informed by her travels, her childhood in the city, her love of nature and water. Each piece carries a story, connecting the designer, the hands that made it, and the person who sees it, wears it, and makes it her own.

Our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted by a team of women in our Honolulu studio using found materials, recycled sterling silver and responsibly sourced 18k gold

Not only does each piece go from design to production under one roof, it’s made by a gifted team of people who care about the pieces and love what they do
